Website hosting

Everything included with GetDotCom hosting

Shared cPanel hosting for websites, email, and domains. After you pay, we create the account and you manage it from your client area.

GetDotCom sells website hosting. You choose a cPanel plan (S, M, L, or XL), add the domain you want to use, and pay monthly or yearly in USD. We provision a hosting account on our servers. cPanel is where you run the site. The client area is where you see invoices, open support tickets, and launch cPanel in one click.

What the hosting includes

These are part of the product on every plan. Disk, mailboxes, and databases grow as you move to a larger plan.

01

cPanel on every plan

Each hosting account includes the cPanel control panel. From one login you manage the website, files, databases, email, and DNS for the domain attached to that account.

  • ✓File Manager and FTP for your site files
  • ✓MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
  • ✓Subdomains, redirects, and DNS zones in cPanel
  • ✓One-click sign-in to cPanel from your GetDotCom client area

02

Email on your domain

Professional mailboxes are included. Create addresses on the domain you host and read them in webmail or any desktop or phone mail app.

  • ✓Addresses such as you@yourdomain.com
  • ✓Webmail, plus IMAP and SMTP
  • ✓Spam filtering and autoresponders in cPanel
  • ✓More mailboxes on larger plans

03

HTTPS and account protection

Visitor traffic to your site is served over HTTPS, and each plan includes the protections listed on the hosting cards.

  • ✓Free AutoSSL certificates, issued and renewed for your domains
  • ✓WAF firewall
  • ✓Anti-malware and antivirus
  • ✓Separate cPanel account for your hosting

04

WordPress and one-click apps

Softaculous is included, so common website software installs from the panel instead of a manual upload.

  • ✓WordPress, Joomla, and PrestaShop
  • ✓Hundreds of other apps in the Softaculous catalog
  • ✓App updates from the installer
  • ✓SSD storage for the files those apps use

05

Use, register, or transfer a domain

Hosting is tied to a domain name. At checkout you search for a name and choose whether GetDotCom registers it, you transfer it in, or you keep it at your current registrar.

  • ✓Search availability and see the first-year price before you pay
  • ✓Register a new domain — we set GetDotCom nameservers after payment
  • ✓Transfer a domain with the auth / EPP code from your current registrar
  • ✓Already own it — point the nameservers we show you and keep your registrar

06

Daily backups and free migration

Backups run daily, and moving a site you already have is included. You do not buy a separate migration product.

  • ✓Daily backups on every plan
  • ✓Restore and download options from cPanel
  • ✓Free migration: open a ticket with your current host details
  • ✓We move the site and keep the cutover as short as we can

07

SSD storage and room to grow

Plans use SSD disk and unmetered bandwidth. Start on a small plan for one site, then move up when you need more mail, databases, or several websites.

  • ✓SSD disk space sized to the plan
  • ✓Unmetered bandwidth
  • ✓cPanel S and M for a single website
  • ✓cPanel L and XL for multiple sites, with SSH access

08

Support from the client area

Help is a ticket inside the same account you use for billing. You can write in anytime; there is no separate helpdesk login.

  • ✓24/7 ticket support
  • ✓Questions about hosting, DNS, email, and migration
  • ✓Each hosting account listed under Services
  • ✓Sign in with email and password, or Google

How you get the hosting

Three steps from the public site to a working cPanel account.

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Compare cPanel S, M, L, and XL. Each card shows disk, websites, email, databases, and the monthly or yearly price in USD.

  2. 2

    Attach a domain

Add the plan to your cart with a domain: register a new one, transfer one you own, or keep your registrar and update DNS.

  3. 3

    Pay, then open cPanel

After payment we create the hosting account for that domain. It shows up under Services, with one-click access to cPanel.

Compare plans and prices

Disk, email, databases, and the first-year price are listed on each hosting plan.
